Do lottery tickets expire so the lottery commission can deny paying prizes?
to me it's really not about how long before it expires it's what happens in the prize money -- that should of been rewarded to the players take for instance Powerball , if someone was to win the jackpot and not claim it by the time expires date the money would go back to each individual state and the players would get nothing. So, you could've played many tickets and help grow that very same jackpot only four to end up in the states coffers the state already get over 50% in most g

Advice to Everyone: If you are going to play QP pool for it...
This is actually a very good idea pumpi but, I believe it would work so much better with the Instant Games. In fact, I know it would as a couple of people I know pool together with scratch-offs and have won $500 by doing so after losing with trying to play so many single handedly. It can work and I've talked about this over in the Instant Games section already. More big winners are realized with these games than the Jackpot games and it's proven. Good topic. L.L.

Undercover lottery investigation tests store clerks' honesty
When I was in Cailfornia a year or so ago. The store clerks almost always tried to scam you out of the smallest of prizes. Every time I won entry into the TV show entry pool, the clerk would tell me it wasn't a winner. I could'nt imagine why they would try to cheat me out of such a miniscule chance of winning until I realized if this were done to 100 people a week, they would have 100 entries or more a week to send in. I was happy to see that California discountinued their TV show a few months a
