Pick-4 for Dummies Friday 09/03/2010
Congratulations to Kentucky players born under the birth sign of Libra (7) who hit 0-5-3-8 on Friday, September 3rd. This was one of the numbers from our simulated pool game and the number given to Libra playing individually in their own state game. Congratulations on the straight hit Kentucky players.

What's with NY Sweet Million??
YES!!! I did it again, I got 4 numbers on Sweet Million last night, 15, 17, 22, and 37! This time the winning numbers were on the $5.00 ticket, not the freebie! My losing numbers were 01 and 02, not very close to the other winning numbers; 23 and 35. On Monday I won $3.00 on the freebie ticket. Now I can play SM for the rest of September on you guys, so thanks for contributing to the SM pool, hopefully one of us can win the big one someday! I'm going to miss the SM promotion when it ends!

If All 80,000 Members of LP Dedicated to Systems for PB and Pick6 We will Win it Everyday
Iesha Kelly opinion doesn't apply to anyone in this thread so I don't know why it was posted.
Apparently Iesha Kelly didn't understand the topic and thought Pumpi was suggesting a 80,000 member lottery pool.

Lets Dream
This is truly fascinating.
Yes, I don't understand the rationale behind your concepts but that doesn't mean they are not of interest to me. Let's look at the simplest and I would say thereby most difficult to develop a rationale for and that is the bonus ball. It's a single draw from a pool of numbers. There's very little sample size for any meaningful statistics (that can be said about lotteries in general) and the only possible source of bias would be the sensitivity to boundary conditions

If All 80,000 Members of LP Dedicated to Systems for PB and Pick6 We will Win it Everyday
I don't think this thread has developed enough to know for sure how the number selection would work.
I know I don't have a system that I would try to convince anyone beside myself to put money on. Coming up with a hundred or more combinations is different than coming up with 10-25 combinations I usually play, the parameters and rules would change. I would have to run some simulations and be happy with the results before ever suggesting a pool of players try them.

If All 80,000 Members of LP Dedicated to Systems for PB and Pick6 We will Win it Everyday
bobby632's comment:
I like this idea. 10 dedicated players each state could make this happen. Trust has to start somewhere. Life isn't some Care Bear infested haven. You're gonna have to take a chance. The rules are simple, if you don't play, you're out of the pool... forever. If you run away with the winnings, know that IP addresses can be tracked and I'm sure some if not all members will find a way to hunt your punk a$$ down.
As for which game to play, that remains to be seen. I'd start

I'm not sure if it would be OK or not, but of they are paying you it could be construed as you selling the tickets.
Nevadsa does not have a lottery but many preople travel to the I-15 border area of California to play Cal. Lotto.
A guy who worked at the Mirage used to make a weekely trip and played an awful lot of tickets, he was the runnewr for a large pool of players.
Well, one day as he sat with his coffee, steno pad, and filling out his playslips, there happened to be a couple of Ne

Is anyone here familair with the 80 / 20 Rule ?
Ther's a thing called the 80 / 20 rule that goes something like this:
In any apartment complex with a pool 20% of the residents use the pool 80% of the time.
In any sales force, 20% of the sales people bring in 80% of the sales.
And you could probably say that on discussion boards 20% of the members put up 80$ of the posts.
Well, right now in this thread the vote is:
Do you prefer Quick Picks or do you like to choose your own numb

All for none and One for one
Just how would this systematic team effort work? Would it be a simulation of a lottery pool where all the picks would be posted on the prediction board and all the participants would share bragging rights if they had a big win? Or, are you talking about a commitment in which real money would be used?
Personally I find it enjoyable to read about other members ideas and simulate them on the prediction board, but when it comes to backing an idea with real money, I prefer it be my own.
