Maybe he is playing in a family pool. Lets say 10 people putting $5 each for every draw. When you play multiple tickets your chances of winning increase big time. But you tend to loose more in the short run. I guess i'm cheap, but i can't stomach losing $50-$60 per drawing. I have seen many people hitting second prizes and jackpots for powerball and mega millions with $1 quick pick. I can't visualize winning when i bet more than $5.

I use a combination profile to pick numbers randomly from the whole number pool. I do a workout to come up with the profile. For example for the next PowerBall drawing I will develop a profile that cover 95% of the combinations drawn in the last 150 drawings since its last matrix change. I will also check those selections with all the past drawings associated with the game since no combination of five has ever repeated. if you are reffering to the post on the system forums that i posted, you are looking for the winning drawing to have your filter specifications...it just means that you will have to wait until your specification comes along you will have to play every drawing that s why there is pool... if you are not reffering to that i will undestand...

There is already a national pool for states to tax internet purchases which several have joined. Many more have considered it this year and will probably opt-in next year. The big argument is that locals who pay taxes can't compete with box houses that don't.

That's basically what I've been trying to do. Picking numbers and combining them in a way that 95% of previous drawings have done. Last Wednesday's PB numbers 37 51 51 53 58 +38 were really outside those parameters, all the numbers were in the top half of the pool of 59 numbers which happens less than 5% of the time, 4 of 5 of the numbers were in the same decade and their sum was 251 which was the highest ever. Congratulations! I've been trying QPs this month just because I'm tired of agonizing over which numbers to wheel. And wheeling with PB seems almost pointless because there is such a large number pool. I won $28.00 in Wednesday's draw. Tonight, we shall see.... Best of luck to you.
