Texas is a weird duck in the industry. Only in Texcas could an executive Director get run out of town on a rail for following an industry best practice (guaranteeing low-end jackpots whether sales support them or not). In many ways, this is one of the best-run lotteries in the country. In some ways its so messed up its not even funny.

I don't think it's recycled, it sounds like a rip off of Ken Silver's Honest Lotto thingie.The funny thing is, that winning 7 or 8 times out of 10 nonsense only works where there are 3# prizes which there aren't in Australian lotto where those guys sell from. You need at least 3 + bonus which is much harder. BobPThat's my opinion, who knows I might even by right!

Think it's funny that people in wheel chairs can't get into certain places. Try sitting in one for a few days, weeks if you will then years. And after having spent some time in one realizing that you now are handicapped as well because you didn't put the shoe on the other foot.Suppose you went to a town that only served the handicapped and you couldn't get into any of the the places because you weren't handicapped.

Wow....I have never played Cash 3 before except just a single straight number every few months. Today I decided to try what Jeff had for the fun of it. When I got to the convenience store a gentleman told me to box each instead of straight, and just straight the 2 Jeff said to hit hard, so I did. Well, my 19.00 made me 160.00, netting 141.00. Too funny and lucky for me. Thanks Jeff, and I'm still laughing.
