Hi Damon, I live in the western end of this state and it is my opinion that the reason that so many more winners of the 2nd and jackpot prizes are in the areas of Albany, Schenectady, Rensselaer, Rocky Point, Queens, Bronx, Staten Island, is because they are more densely populated than this area that I live in.
