I'm sorry - I missed your clarification of exactly what Never Hit List means - you mean this month or this week or this year? Good points. I didn't think of it that way. It's ashame that it is neglicted because Hot Lotto would be a great lineup for the Powerball states. I have written to Delaware several times suggesting they add it to the lineup and it fell on deaf ears.

any state that has ball drawings its nearly impossible to say is rigged because the ball draws are fair and honest.now as far as computerized draws yes i do believe there is potential for it to be tampered with.indiana is one state i can honestly say i'd bet a thousand dollars is so rigged it makes charles manson look like mother teresa.any ball drawn state though is honest and worth playing including some that are computerized.the ones i'd watch out for include indiana and delaware.
