I was told via email from the lottery that the RNG computers are totally isolated from any outside source. After the computer spits out a set of numbers, they are then written down and manually taken to the mainframe lottery computers and entered. Only then do they know if anyone hit those numbers.
One thing does bug me about what Tipton did. If he programmed the computer to spit out a certain set of numbers on a certain day then how was it possible for him to do that if they conduct pre-dra

What are the best filters and standards for the lottery? 31/7?
Lotto Numbers Follow a Predicted Pattern, finds not all combinations of numbers have the same probability of occurring
Sounds like something Eddie Tipton would say.
The law of large numbers, in probability and statistics, states that as a sample size grows, its mean gets closer to the average of the whole population.
But the bad news is at the current number of drawings each year (104), it will take over 288,000 years before it's possible for 10% of the PB and MM combos to be drawn.

What are the bases of an algorithm for discovering patterns of a lottery
Hi bobby. Well, I'm glad you cut me some slack and decided to continue chatting with me after saying we should go our separate ways. So, let me elaborate on your post point by point and then I'll include a very, very good article which I honestly recommend and hope you'll read. It's very telling about lottery games and the winners thereof.
you really believe that lottery officials have a means to manage the output from the daily game machines!!
Depends on what type of machines you're

California Lottery issues new rules for retailers after rash of thefts
That guy working on those scratchers like his life depended on it, is probably a customer. Won t go so far as to say a worker at that store, the footage would give him away, just as it did for Tipton. That pulling motion, probably in construction, pulling electrical wires through floor joists walls. Wouldn t it be funny if on totaling his haul- he ends up with $100.00?
The other thing is typical of CA. Have a crisis, then act. The earthquake in 89, brought on the retrofitting of our bridges, t

The man who cracked the lottery
The PA pick-3 drawing was intentionally rigged by Nick Perry but anybody playing 666 won. So in effect the chances of matching Perry's numbers were the same as in any honest drawing. Even though Tipton rigged the games so he could win, he did nothing preventing a lottery terminal or a player from picking his numbers. Both were illegal and both went to prison.
To the contrary, the TN RNG prevented 27% of the possible pick-3 numbers and 49% of the pick-4 numbers from being drawn because of how

The man who cracked the lottery
makes me mad thinking I could ve possibly won something big if not the jackpot ugh but the numbers were changed by him
The odds against matching the drawn numbers using a QP are exactly the same whether they were picked by the RNG or Tipton. Because the RNG was rigged, it was more like when the pick-3 and pick-4 players picked doubles when the TN RNG was programmed for no repeat digits.
Even though the TN doubles players had no chance to win, no charges were brought and nobody is in jail

The man who cracked the lottery
This is an excellent and interesting story. Could this be part of a book? It would require an experienced author.
Here is a coulda, woulda, shoulda. If only Eddie Tipton was more grateful for what he had. He should have contacted Terry Rich and told Terry what he had. What woulda happened?
Is there a movie here? Maybe.

Eddie Tipton believes he has a sure fire way to steal money. Eddie and his co-conspirators lose the money and their freedom.
Another problem with theft is, You are cheating the IRS and the IRS hates that.
