Hi Matt! I know, I had lost some interest in posting the scratch off ticket results. I suspected for awhile that they were playing with the wins...or had previously timed the wins to come to this point just in time for the raffle - I'm sure they tinker with the random prospect of things, it's not just a 'throw them into the mix and see what happens'...I play a lot of tickets and have a lot of wins, that's the way it goes.
