Alabama Rep. Steve Clouse, R-Ozark, filed an education lottery bill Tuesday with 70 co-sponsors that if passed would go to the ballot as a constitutional amendment for people to vote on. It would approve a paper-based lottery generating about $167 million each year according to Clouse. 50 percent of the proceeds would go toward the First Class Pre-K program and the other half for scholarships. Video lottery terminals would not be allowed. It's just time that we put this on the ballot agai

The New York Lottery, the largest and most profitable in the country, recorded $8.2 billion in sales for the state fiscal year that ended March 31, 2019, the New York Gaming Commission announced in a news release this week. Arizona Lottery computerized drawing machine generated identical winning numbers
You are right that the time frame can produce an automatic return of the algorithm. But its not a glitch. Its all controlled. like you are. Again, I may be incorrect, but if not, your god idea is a pure glitch in the system. Do we think trump threw the towel at puerto rico for past debts and taxes. well he sure did. you may be logically correct, but literally trump threw a roll of paper towels at the Poor'Rico people. Unreal, but there is no real god to bless him or anyone else. You can never

The USA's 'luckiest' lottery players may not be as lucky as they seem
On, Dec. 29, 2016, Clarance Jones did something that most Americans could scarcely imagine: He cashed-in 20 winning scratch-off tickets, collectively worth $21,000, one after the other. For the average lottery player, that would be the ultimate payday. For Jones, it was practically routine. In the past six years, the 79-year-old from Lynn, Mass., has won more than 7,300 lottery tickets, totaling $10.8 million. That establishes him, by far, as the luckiest lottery player in America. But

Keno lottery games coming to North Carolina this fall
Sorry to say, but nothing good will come of this here. It will likely be rigged just like all of the other draw games in this state. They are getting entirely too greedy and this is why i am about ready to call it quits playing in NC for good. SC is 30 mins away and I can ALWAYS win when I have the time to go down there. This statement is a joke.......... Democratic Gov. Roy Cooper and Senate Republicans this month proposed using lottery funds for school construction and pay raises for pr
