but not paying the advertised percentage of the actual annuity value to a winner taking a lump sum would be a clear case of fraud. Yeah but I thought it would be against MUSL rules to take away the option to buy or not to buy the power play too.

Well I spent $4 on tickets for tonight's Oregon Megabucks jackpot for $5.0 million annuity and $2.5 million cash option for Wednesday July 7th 2021. Plus I had a free ticket too so I bought a $2 ticket yesterday and a free ticket from a previous win and that is $1 QP with kicker for $2 from Don the clerk. Well I am stopping my ticket buying until after this Friday's pay day activities because I have lost my touch. I bought a $1 QP and $5 QP Oregon Megabucks for tonight's drawing. Managed one line on my $5 ticket for 2 numbers so no prize their for either ticket and then I went to 7-11 store this afternoon for a Win for life to try my luck for a $2 QP. Well I bought two tickets from Hunter the new clerk from yesterday and today to see if he is lucky on Oregon Megabucks for $4 both with kicker for $2 tickets each. The results are the same one number on today's ticket and nothing else so no prize tonight and the jackpot rolled to $3.0 million annuity and $1.5 million cash option.
