Well, I don't know if this counts, but I only play Powerball in Delaware. However, I do play other games in other states so long as they are not computerized.

hello lottery queen lesonook here again..ok 417 fell last night for delawarte and 663 fell today for delaware..what follows please..also i think the 663 will come back out for tonight maybe as 366 it did one other time that 663 fell..i have been looking at past drawaings and its just not helping what else can i do??thanks lesonook

This is a tough one. I voted for Delaware, but I have a feeling it might also be South Carolina because they said they were contemplating an in-state game that offers millions . Of course Hot Lotto isn't an in-state game so that might put that to bed. In all honesty I really don't know.

Since 1/1/93, if Delaware was doing two draws a day they would have drawn a total of 9934 numbers as of this evening . If it's impossible for every number to have been drawn, how could any of them be overdue?

Delaware Lottery is the hardest to win by a long shot, the computer has total control of results nothing random about it. Just follow it , it doesn't take long see it.

It seems to be Delaware, maybe because I live here, but I can go for three or four years before I can even hit for $40.00 and they have computerized drawings here to I hate it.. I need to be cooled down because it makes me hot to think about computer drawings I voted to do away with it.

Saw and actually played this very same game at Delaware Park. Didnt realize it til I got home that day that it was a Multi state linked game. It actually has way tooo many symbols to ever get a clear hit (payback) much less hit the five symbols using max bet. i was playing the nickel machine . it would have been over $3.50 a spin if I maxed bet. Its not worth it for one chance that rarely even lines up a score.
