Cash VS Annuity IV
If the rules for the winners should be changed based on age, why not consider religion, marital situations, annual income and etc. After all why should people who plan to give most of their winnings to their church have to pay taxes. Why should a single winners be treated the same as a married winner with a spouse and kids to feed. Why should anyone with a low income and little knowledge of how to manage large sums of money be given all that cash with a lump sum payment. If a person doen

Systems work as good as QP's or any other methods that a player use to choose his lottery numbers, the odds are the same for all. Systems allow the player to control the numbers he picks within the parameters he prefer. I don't like to play combinations that have matched 4 or combinations of threes more than twice and I like to play numbers that fall within parameters (ranges, sums, gaps, positions and etc) of numbers that have been drawn in the past. My system is a RNG(random number generator) w

PA Cash 5 matrix history?
Ohio Buckeye5 has been 5/37 since it started back in '93 and it has had more than 2350 drawings and 5 of the combinations have been drawn twice. With those 5 repeat combinations and some combinations of 4's repeating very often, I tried to figure if some combinations were favored over others, but no luck. When I play 8 combinations that include all 37 numbers which have not matched 3 in recent history, I usually match 2 for $1 and sometime 3 for $10. Seldom match 4 and never have matched 5.

Increasing Odds of Winning..SOS
Last evening I participated in Todd's Floridia challenge for LottoCheatah to post 5 lines for the lottery drawing, I posted 7 lines but all six numbers hit in the first 5 lines and I matched 3 on the first line. I have notice that many times when I play more than 10 lines for a drawing, if I hit anything worth a payout, it happen in the first ten and many times in the first 5. It could be that 5 lines are almost(odds wise) as good as 100 lines and playing more lines doesn't increase your chanc

Increasing Odds of Winning..SOS
With Ohio649P jackpot being $31M, I might have to take a new look at wheeling. I was looking though my collections of wheels and I found two wheels for 49 numbers with a guarantee of 3 if 6 numbers are among the 49 and they are 163 and 168 lines long. I checked the wheel numbers without any exchange and they have matched 4 the last 3 draws with one 4+. A match 4 pays $100 and a 4+ pay $500 so for the last 3 draws I would have been ahead. If I can arrange the numbers in the wheel to fit withi

Increasing Odds of Winning..SOS
Short of playing more lines, I haven't found a way to better the odds. I try to avoid repeating small combinations. When you wheel numbers, this can't be avoided, but if all the winning numbers are in the wheel, it will work to your advantage. I prefer not to wheel a small group of numbers but rather play all the numbers and limit the amount by not repeating combinations and playing within parameters of previous winners. The good thing about coming to this forum, you can get some ideas and t

Any Ideas on Lottery Software
I have a program tha I wrote and I use red to high lite numbers that match numbers from a file or group of numbers. When I want to check the file I played with lottery data file, the matching numbers are in red and I can see if I matched enough for a pay out. When I want to high lite even or odd numbers I just enter E or O for group of numbers and a group of 30 numbers (1-59) or (2-60) is check with the file and matching numbers are red. I can also enter any group of numbers up to 40 numbers.RJ

picking a power ball
To Hypersonig,You would feel more foolest if your system had picked a winner and you had not played. I played $36 for the same results. If I had replayed the numbers I played last week, I would have collected $10. Oh well, Ohio has a $25M jackpot and I did match 5 last year, so maybe I'll put a little extra on it this Saturday. With MegaMillions, Ohio has 2 of the top 5 lottery jackpots in the country this weekend. You can now prefect your system and be ready when the next $200M+ jackpot come
