How does our litigous society relate to the plausibilty of RJ's idea? Just to clear this up before people start posting I know my system does not cover every one of the 18,424 three ball combinations, then thats not what it is designed to do My system is designed to improve odds of winning and it does that at 100% efficiency always Although I must say that 163 world record wheel is a very good wheel indeed

I voted proxy although I'm not sure you can do it in lotto. In some circles this is known as sending in a beard. Someone here on LP once posted that waiting for someone else to hit and claim a record jackpot before ytou claimed yours (assuming it's a lesser one) wouldn't be a bad plan.
