There is a method of picking 1 number. The only problem is that it does not work every day. Sometimes it happens more often depending on what state you play in. I have been studying pick 4 for 2 years know. I know it works because I have a large history file to prove it. I study only one state aggressively. Anyhow, here is the method. 1.) I have been working with the Expert Lotto Pro Winning Number History strategy and have found that it has conditions that must be met. The 11 charts are base on the occurrence of each individual number in the game that you are playing up to the 11th occurrence.
