I think less people will buy several tickets if any, if they increase the price to $5.00. I remember thinking...they're not going to stop, once they get started after they increased the price to $2.00 and added the megaplier. Looks like I'm right.

Mega should offer a 1 million dollar prize each drawing for the tickets purchased. Also, add 1 more Mega ball like Euro Millions and increase the lower tier prizes. This way more prizes are won each drawing and the jackpots could potentially reach 2 billion +.

If you dont guess the numbers correct, re-arranging them will not increase the chances of winning. If you guess the numbers correct, the wheel will hopefully do the job right the first time. (unlikely) You will most likely just increase the chances of spending all your money faster. Its not the numbers that are important. Its the underlying timing, and the underlying rythm when you track the variables that is important.

I have seen many pernutation games of 5,6 and 7 digits but there are systems for most of them for 3 and 4 digits, I don't know why there are no systems for pernutation games of 5,6 or 7 digits since a long time ago there was talk of transform a lottery game to box numbers to increase the chances of winning but it was one more experiment

I disagree with your assumption that the lottery is rigged against people of color and the disadvantaged. I check my state's winners all of the time and most of the Pick 4 winners are from major metropolitan areas. Also, people from Chicago can easily travel to Gary, IN and play two lotteries in one day to increase their odds of winning. It's actually the white population in rural areas that the lottery is rigged against.
