I have always loved watching the Hoosier Lottery drawings. Most people there will say they saw the drawing no rigging. Many people there are glad they take these games cautions . With that much surveillance it lower the odd of a sandal like IA. Tipton. I actually enjoy talking to the balls as they're being draw. Part of the fun of the games.

Tipton Told people..and then proceeded to reap the rewards from this snafu. I've little regard for his madness as most folks have integrity in their field of work. He exploited it.
