MM at 265M !!
I have a feeling that someone will hit the jackpot on Tuesday. As stated before, the player base is too big. There will eventually come a time in which every number combination is sold.

Why not a lottery that goes "wide"?
There's been conversations here on the site about Lotto USA . If that happens that would be an ideal time to try something like that again, a broad base of big winners, instead of one mega, mega winner in a population of 290,000,000 (or whatever the latest number is).

Gail Howard
Even though Gail has promised Pick-3/4 and Ai over the years they have yet to appear. The latest version which allows for games with the same number appearing more then once will allow you to enter most of the drawings for a data base, you can also use the stand alone powerball tracking to create individual one ball histories to track the game by position. I found I had to play 5 numbers in each position for 125 straight numbers to have any kind of win success in tests only. BobP

Powerball Sets A New Record
It will probably increase the number of roll records, but lotto fever will probably set in earlier if there's a larger player base, as we've just seen from the recent Mega Millions run, although that one could have realistically rolled one more time.

GA Merged*Digital Snapshot following 185*
Here's something else worth noting regarding 794. According to my software P34 Lotto's data base, that straight number 7-9-4 had seen exactly 2700 skips since it was last drawn in GA's merged game. I wouldn't look for another straight that old to hit again real soon, but you never know! FYI, the following numbers are all sixty of the remaining straights that have seen 2700+ skips in GA's combined game (assuming my data base is correct): 045, 050, 053, 069, 081, 087, 092, 093, 100, 103

How do you select your numbers?
I made my brother write a program which works with a data base of previous drawis to select combinations of numbers that have come up the most (supposing these combs. will keep showing up over and over again). The program works better with KENO because there is a huge number of draws and due to statistics its much easier to predict numbers in KENO then MM

Try this
Hi all. New here - too me awhile to figure out morrors, especially when Sandy posted 9 + 5= 4, but now I get it, like the place side of a point number on a crap table.Has anyone ran this for Illinois and is there any pattern as to what day of the week used as a base is better for each particular state? Looks like a fun site...

SC Pick (4) Amazing Results 4 Pick 4!
Hi - great work. One thing I always notice is that you can base pick 4 draws from the PREVIOUS pick 3 results. Have you looked at that also? What is the pool of numbers from the 36 number chart?

$500 Million Jackpot!
Increased sales to not prevent a $500 million. On the contrary, high sales are the requirement for a large jackpot. Two factors affect the probability of a $500 jackpot. One, long odds and Mega Millions has that. Second, large number of sales for a given draw and Mega Millions also has that potential given its large population base of buyers.
