I am glad you finally get it, all it takes is your location(keys) during each cycle, with this in mind you avoid distractions. I don't buy them either! The only raffle tickets I buy is if I'm at a school event and my kids are trying to win some type of prize. They are usually .50cents each!

Wrong move, no and no, you remove only str8 hit and re-arrange the matrix maintaining the digit positions. The event is random, the time frame is your only safety asset. Why do you want to remove doubles, triples? Consider the cost and the prize that comes with those doubles, triples within a time frame. When you say 'those are rare', there lies the problem, stats are just stats, it does not tell you much.

I change picks at end of span, is cost effective . When you say dbls are hiding, nobody knows for a fact, the event is random, your only tool is the time frame.

A good system probably involves an identifiable anomaly in the drawing statistics. It's more likely such a system would be for digit number games like pick- 3, pick-4 and possibly pick-5. Predicting a random event(winning lottery numbers) is almost impossible That depends on how close the random event is to the probability.
