Can you point me in the direction of the law for register sales receipts? Hot dog vendors- no receipts, Sidewalk vendors, no receipts, Lottery terminals- no receipts. The only reason I said not to blame the woman or the clerk who scanned the ticket is that, in today's world of modern technology, the terminal should probably say return ticket to winner or something similar. I mean, if you cannot cash a ticket over $599 then why get a receipt at all? I don't know why it doesn't just say Prize payout exceeds limit. Must be cashed at Lottery Office Maybe it does, but I've never been lucky enough to win that much! Also, I know better, but we all make mistakes.

It also could be a browser problem. The gadgets use IE7 to render, so if you've done anything different to IE7, like change config or install plugin(s), it could afect the gadgets. Be sure you have not disabled Active Scripting (JavaScript). Also make sure that the native XMLHTTP support is enabled and security settings are not set too high. There are Reset/Default buttons in most of the IE7 options panels, so you can try using those. The Lottery Results Gadget is more advanced technology
