Money Matters 101
Yeah, I have box hits and pairs galore but I always play for the str8 which costs more. Thus, the box and pair hits will not cover the losses here and it's the draw back of playing str8...miss one number and you're done. I like it, though, because it's where the money is. Listen, this isn't a BIG ME and LITTLE YOU type of thing where I just know so much, okay.
It's really about the application of numbers in many, many ways which allows flexibility when playing. I study numbers all day...even

Felony theft charges have been filed against the employee of a Collinsville business who pocketed a winning $10,000 ticket from an office lottery pool.
Curtis B. Devore of Collinsville was charged Wednesday with taking possession of a winning Mega Millions lottery ticket purchased last month by a group of employees at Bethel-Eckert Enterprises Inc. a grocery supplier for the military and cashing in the ticket.

Canada police charge lottery 'winner' with fraud in ticket scam
Canadian police accused a Toronto-area man who claimed a C$5.7 million (US$5.7 million) prize in a national lottery of fraud, the first charges in a year-long probe of Ontario lottery-ticket retailers.
Hafiz Zulwarnain Malik, 60, of Mississauga, Ontario, was charged with two counts of fraud and one count of theft over C$5,000 after cashing the winning ticket in January 2005. Police say the ticket actually belonged to a group of four people from the Toronto area who were defrauded out of thei

gambling online
I really have to disagree with you when you say an online lottery is a suckers bet. I did some research on this company and granted they are new but everyone has to start somewhere.
Personally i think this is a great idea. The odds of winning a prize are pretty decent and when a lottery is paying out 80% of what they are taking in how can you complain. To help put this into perspective you can look at lotto 6/49 in Ontario for a local reference where only 47% of the money is put into the priz

Some States Consider Leasing Their Lotteries
I see an Enron style theft in the future if they are privatized. What if a Michael Milken runs one of these lotterys?
I wasn't arguing or disagreeing with you, Mike. I only wrote my last comment because you mentioned Enron and Milken in the same sentence and he had nothing to do with the Enron scandal. Kenneth Lay Jeffrey Skilling were crooks who committed fraud and destroyed lives by lying to shareholders. Although I personally believe Milken was a pawn in one of Giuliani's political

Woman must forfeit $1 million lottery jackpot
A White City, Oregon, woman must turn over her lottery winnings after a judge said she won them illegally.
Prosecutors said Christina Goodenow, of White City, used a credit card that belonged to her then-boyfriend's dead mother to buy a winning $1 million Scratch-It ticket in Oct. 2005.
Goodenow asked lottery officials to keep her win quiet, claiming to be a victim of domestic violence. But police learned of the crime about two weeks later, as Goodenow continued to use the stolen credit ca
