I googled it. It isn't a program so much as an e-book. From what I can tel, it's a wheeling system that seems (??) to work with 4 key numbers. (the same four numbers in each play, because I've reference to Banker-4 wheeling) Looks like there once was a free trial, but that it no longer applies.

There are many excellent lottery programs that offer a 15 day free trial periods. If you have a copy of Excel, perhaps you will come up with some ideas of how to use it more effectively after exposing yourself to some of these programs. Many of these programs include a full updated data base which with some understanding of how to manipulate text files with a text editor can be adopted to your Excel program which will save time building your database. There's a big difference in the question How much time will he get? and How much time should he get? It's not a witch hunt , it's about an idiot that had everything, anyone could wish for and blows it all, by being stupid. You don't have to worry about him going to trial, his attorney's won't allow that. His co-horts are going to throw his ass to the dogs , so to speak. He won't get what he deserves.
