I was expecting this. By now MUSL probably figures the Tipton scandel has died down and everyone has forgotten all about it. Lotto America was Hot Lotto which was the 5 out of 48 game that Tipton rigged. If the lottery terminals come online at 6 AM, then they cant sell tickets prior to that time. If they went offline at 12 AM, that'd be 6 hours of the midday sales window when tickets cant be sold. If the above is correct, then players shouldn't wonder why the midday jackpots are so low. G5
