Hi all If your state has a pick-3 then I suggest you learn it first then use it to fund your P-4 play. The rogue program does not give better odds overall but it does offer several advantages verses picking digits in a standard daily game. I feel the need to mention a few things that should help those who stick with this tool. Playing the lottery requires us to keep a positive mental attitude. It's easy to become discouraged when the hits don't come but if we first establish some goals to work on then it makes the misses more acceptable.
