Asked ChatGPT How To Win the Lottery
It doesn't matter because the jackpots still increase by millions each game, I'm fine with my money, trust me but trust is a two way street like all things ,50 losing tickets no matter how hard you try to twist it or bend it. You're still wrong because you still lost. In other words, human conjecture. You can get wrapped up I. The math all you want, meanwhile who's raking in billions? Not you. But hey good luck, like to all. I don't think so. The odds are the same for each ticket.

The lotteries in the U.S. are mostly state agencies with rules and regulations determined by state legislators. The jackpots are the only MM and PB prizes that are the same in each jurisdiction and each state regulates things like anonymity, state and local taxes and .
In the U.S. lottery winnings are included with certain type of gambling as income and lottery winnings are taxed by the IRS the same as Bingo, casino, horse racing and sports betting winnings. Canada exempts lottery winnings.

How can past draws help predict the lottery?
I think Pick 3 players are always going to lose more than they win.
Almost every lottery player is going to lose more than the win, regardless of the game. The only exceptions are the lucky few who hit jackpots (assuming they are not players who spend millions on the lottery). That's how the games are designed. Otherwise the state would not profit.

One ticket sold in Maine wins $1.35 billion Mega Millions jackpot
They are now the richest and most taxed individual in the state of Maine.
No telling whether they'll want it a for themselves or give a lot to charity, but after taxes they could end up with a bit over $400 million. Their tax bill would be higher but they'd still be about $100 million poorer than Stephen King. I didn't bother asking Google, but I think that King is the richest resident of Maine.
could he/she get away from paying Maine taxes by simply moving to New Hampshire before claim

$1.1 BILLION: Massive Mega Millions drawing set for Tuesday
On Friday 102 million tickets were sold which is 60 million lower than when the jackpot was about the same in July. When that $1.2 billion jackpot was won, when almost 352 million tickets were sold.
With all the billion plus jackpots, MUSL might consider advertising the cash value.

$940 MILLION: Mega Millions lottery jackpot ready to make another billionaire
Back in the day I never in my wildest dreams thought there would be billion dollar jackpots.
But, I also never thought there would be games with the crazy odds like we have now.

Your reaction to being the only winner of MM or PB?
Didn't they try something like that perhaps 15 years ago? Limited the increase when it hit anew record and put the extra money in the 2nd place prize pool or something?
They've long since decided that maximizing sales is the first priority, and the way to do that is with the biggest jackpots they can manage.

Americans gamble over half a trillion dollars illegally each year, AGA Report says
Raising the taxable limit from $1200 to $5000 on slot winnings isn't a bad thing for players. The problem is even the penny slot machines have jackpots over $5000. Players could record their profits and losses on the Schedule C form and say they are Professional Gamblers providing they can prove that there is a profit motive involved.
Who do we see about raising the taxable limit on pick 4 winnings to $5000?
