I do not think they will sale enough tickets by WED to get the annuity up to 2 billion. For it to get that high it would need a cash value of around 1.24 billion. The cash value ended up being about 589 million last night and they had total sales for last nights drawing ending up around 880 million. $500 million or a billion is all the same to me I could care less. I would never spend it all anyway, and I could make most of it back with interest if I wanted to. However we are talking annuity value which pays around a billion over 30 years not the cash option.
