Personally I love doubles because they are 10 times easier to hit than singles (2 numbers instead of 3). The problem is that their appearance frequency may fluctuate significantly. To illustrate: in Wisconsin Pick 3 2-week period ending August 20, 2017 saw 70% doubles and only 30% singles (normally it's almost a reverse).
