I used to win often. After a 5/6 I also started to look around what others had or did. In simulations I had several jackpots. You can't play everywhere, you mostly play locally with limited budget. I personally think that dumb luck is the best system and strategy as it also works with quickpicks and whatever.

It's the same every state. More QP's are sold than self picks, so it stands to reason QP's win more jackpots. Personally, I play QP's and self picks. It doesn't matter to me how I win. I just wanna win. LOL.
