I can only imagine how I would live, but I don't plan on changing much. I know I will get a bigger home. I'm going to get a home in the $200,000 to $300,000 price range with around 2200-3000 sq ft home with a in ground pool. I would take the 7 million and hire a good lawyer and sue the estate of the idiot that stole my car, crashed it into my pool and drowned. I'd also go after the estate of his/her accomplice which my pit bull ran down and killed. I think I would come out ahead of the game and I get to stay here.

DD Good question about the length of time pooling and the bigggest win. Let's take ths guaranteed + $3 for the Powerball a wee bit further. Let's say there are 10 people in the pool. One ticket has the Powerball number and the guaranteed $3 win comes in. But the pool is splitting the $3, not one person. So the now the guaranteed $3 win is $.30 per person. I play Louisiana Lotto every week plus I run a pool at work in which we buy both Powerball and Lotto tickets. If Powerball gets above $100 million, I buy tickets for myself as well. The only scratch off tickets I play are the ones with a second chance drawing. I guess my answer would be E then.

NO, that money should go into an unclaimed prize fund and be given out in bonus draws or to support future jackpots. How the system is set up ... if there's two winning tickets and no winner comes forward, the second unclaimed ticket becomes expired and the prize goes back into the lottery pool. We just had a whole months of bonus lottery jackpots that started at 25, 30, 37 and 40 million dollars on our Lotto-649. Those huge bonus jackpots were partly a result of unclaimed money. One guy

True scenario- I'm in a lottery pool as it is, so to have to split it amongst us as it is can sometimes be painful, I'd be FAR less then pleased to have to split it amongst other multiple winners. Most questions along these longs are a stretch of the imagination, but a mind less stretched has no way to bend or open up to the possibilities...
