Lottery pool
I am sure you are a nice guy bob, but you mean to tell me you don't have enough friends or family to start your own lottery pool? I think you may have stars in your eyes, you feel because this is a lottery forum that you will somehow get an edge playing with us instead of just your plain old friends. Believe me, we are all in the same boat here and trying to win in our own way. Keep an eye on our prediction boards, that is my best advice.
I will have to say PASS on this idea.

would you play in a jackpot pool
Well, given the fact that quite a few have been won lately with office pools (St. Louis, Arizona, Nebraska, Wisconsin, to name a few) evidentily there must be SOME good to being in an 'office pool'.....
The keyword is 'can', just as not being anonymous 'can' be a problem, but it doesn't have to be.

You buy a 2line ticket to pool with 1 person but they don't pay the $1
People need to use common sense when playing the lottery, whether it be alone or in a pool. Otherwise, they'll end up like this guy:

Deleted my last post based on the California ruling that RJOH posted a link to. Didn't know just how the courts might rule on that. Excellent precedent set in that case.
KY Floyd's comments are outstanding and I believe anyone in charge of a lottery pool should read them thoroughly along with having a stipulation in writing that if you don't pay to be in a particular draw then you don't participate in benefits it may yield. Stop a problem before it begins and ends up in court.

When they said Oh well, nevermind I'd hopefully have the presence of mind to say, in front of a witness or two, okay, maybe the JP will roll and we can pool next time. I'm gonna go ahead and get me a ticket, and it's all miiiinnne, baby!
But even with just the Oh well, nevermind I'd assume they opted out. I'd buy just one line, (on two separate tickets if I wanted to play 2), and since the agreement with them was for a $2 ticket, I think that should settle it that their money didn't

MD Bonus Match 5
As mentioned above I use Lotto Director which has excellent Forecast ability. There was a pattern earlier this month where LD trapped 4, 4+ ,5 ,5+ nine (9) out of ten (10) times in my pool of twenty (20) that I play with a Compound 1 Wheel (1024 Lines). Last night was a 4. I can usually filter down to 250 lines and then pick some of that to play. If I have done my homework correctly tonight looks like: 1, 3, 4, 5, 7, 9, 10, 12, 13, 17, 19, 21, 22, 24, 27, 29, 32, 33, 35, 39. I am up in Harfor

Damn, I keep putting all the right numbers on the wrong lines...
My pool of numbers aren't fixed. I pick my numbers several ways and go back 50 drawings to see what percent would have matched 5 if those numbers had been picked the same way, Any method that would have pick all 5 numbers 5-10 times I'll use. If I find 5 ways that work then I used them all to pick my numbers and any numbers that in all 5 groups I will use. For that MM drawing I found four groups of 39-42 numbers and the 34 numbers I used were in all four groups. I explained how I picked those

At what jackpot amount would you consider "sharing" the wealth?
I'd be generous too, JXP, but I feel: I played, I figured it out, I won, I have offered a lot of people the chance to pool with me, nobody has, too bad so sad, so I'm going to look out for #1 first, everyone else is second. You can't understand why I say that unless you have lived my life, so let's leave it at that.
I can't even get folks on here to share ideas or thoughts, but again, you can bet your a$$ if I won and folks here knew about it my PM box would be full of people asking for s
