Winner sues Colorado Lottery 12 years after rigged drawing
Stop trying to turn this into a political issue. No one referenced police departments or cold cases and you are comparing apples to oranges. Your posts sure get deleted a lot...lol. Look back at the prior stories posted by Todd. The lottery investigation caught up with Tipton at some point but should have figured it out earlier. All entities are subject to exercising a standard of ordinary care. This is a basic premise of any legal system. This does not require an allegation that the lottery

Arizona Lottery computerized drawing machine generated identical winning numbers
Well, the machine in question is a MUSL machine, so that is an entirely fair question. MUSL claims that all the machines Tipton worked on were taken out of service, but that's the problem with computerized drawings who really knows what the hell they are doing behind the scenes? There is no way to witness a computerized drawing, so there is absolutely no way in this universe you or I could say with certainly that's it's all on the up and up. With computerized drawings lottery players are goi

Hot Lotto multi-state lottery game to end in October
I stopped playing Hot Lotto when the Tipton story broke. They should spread out the leftover jackpot money for the last drawing and pay it all out in a paramutual format to everyone that has a winning ticket, based on the current payout structure. Many people played across state lines to buy Hot Lotto Tickets, including myself. Taking that money and using it in other future lotteries within the jurisdiction, is not fair to those who paid into it from other states. If they had just discont

When Did Iowa Go To All Computerized Drawings?
Iowa started sharing Indiana pick 3 and pick 4 from July 1st 2017. True, I felt something phisy. May be Eddie Tipton told that those pick 3 and pick 4 generators are also running some sort of malware. Or It could be just regular budget cut to reduce maintenance cost.

Serious Question? lottery pre-draw tests
True. I mentioned JP games because so many guys who post predictions for p3 and p4 backout when it comes to JP games... Pick 3 and pick 4 numbers cycle sooner... Best example of tampering is Tipton and the way he did it and used it

Michigan man wins second lottery jackpot in 18 months
Well to start off, this game is a RNG game. Since it appears he used a wheel, he didn't calc the EXACT 5 numbers (but then again, neither did Tipton). If he playing the same set (or similar) to his previous win, then it is luck. Or I won't be surprised if he is doing something similar to me (but more successful) is to try and duplicate the RNG. Congrats to him, too.

The 5 lottery jackpots Tipton and his friends stole
Tipton's brother Tommy Tipton, a Texas magistrate, buys the winning ticket for a $4.5 million Colorado Lotto jackpot. Two other winning tickets are sold, and investigators suspect one of them also is tied to the scheme. So that means that there is 1 ticket not tied to the fraud. Will this true winner of the colorado lottery get the rest of their rightful winnings. I can say that there are going to be people who will continue to play but there are also people who will no longer play

Iowa Lottery investigation highlights difficult balance between security and profits
That was not a very good report card. I think the comment that they don't want to stop the cheaters/lottery because they want the money it provides the state. As always follow the money. This lack of followup is what let Iowan Tipton steal millions with number manipulation almost right under their nose. Music you got one right, never trust any retailer. As for rewarding them? Not in this life. Their reward was in selling the winning ticket. Let the retailer take care of their employee(s) if t

How the Lottery Numbers are picked
It was the 2 Step game that 2 people won on QP's, not Cash 5. There were 631,610 tickets sold for last night's 2 Step drawing. Odds of winning are 1 in 1,832,600. It's not uncommon for there to be multiple winners when the jackpot gets over half a million. As the jackpot rises, more people jump in. You can't even get your games straight, and you are comparing machines blowing twigs off beans to rigging lottery machines to pick one winner out of millions of players somewhere in the country?

NJ Lottery adding Quick Draw game to its lineup
Casinos have the only Keno games with live ball drawings, but some use an RNG and some use both. I agree it would be very difficult at best for any state lottery with 4 or 5 minute Keno games to use live ball drawings. The point I was trying to make about cheating players, because Keno is the least played casino game, it would be very stupid for casino owners to risk their gaming licenses to steal a couple thousand from players. The people claiming their state lottery is cheating the players don
