Well to start off, this game is a RNG game. Since it appears he used a wheel, he didn't calc the EXACT 5 numbers (but then again, neither did Tipton). If he playing the same set (or similar) to his previous win, then it is luck. Or I won't be surprised if he is doing something similar to me (but more successful) is to try and duplicate the RNG.
