By Jason Clayworth
Two brothers who were behind the largest lottery scam in U.S. history and owe more than $2.3 million in unpaid restitution and court fees recently transferred several properties they owned to their mother.
The transfers from Eddie and Tommy Tipton have raised further questions about why four states Oklahoma, Kansas, Wisconsin and Colorado have yet to seize their properties.
It has been about two years since the brothers admitted their role in a scam that hijacked lott

Colorado man who unwittingly split a $4.8M jackpot with scammer is fighting the Colorado Lottery
In 2005, three people won a Colorado Lotto jackpot worth $4.8 million, and Boulder's Amir Massihzadeh held one set of winning numbers.
He accepted his prize of $568,990 after splitting the pot and paying taxes and moved on with life.
Ten years later, Colorado Bureau of Investigation agents visited Massihzadeh to interview him about his winning number because they were investigating a criminal scheme to rig lotteries. They suspected the other two ticket-holders who split the prize with Mass

Infamous lottery scammer says US computerized lottery drawings remain fatally flawed
Eddie Tipton warned them.
As the head of IT at the Multi-State Lottery Association, Tipton pulled aside his boss and told him the computer software that randomly selected the winning numbers for million-dollar games in as many as 17 states had a terrible flaw.
It wasn't really random.
Though his boss listened, Tipton told state investigators that other officials with the nation's chief lottery system did not. They told him to fix it, then moved on.
A disgruntled Tipton made some upda

Missouri Lottery facing challenging issues with vendor contract
One of the Missouri Lottery's biggest contracts might not stand up in court if it was challenged by the company that runs its statewide network of ticket sales.
That means the state doesn't collect as much money as the contract allows when the company is penalized for breakdowns.
And, even when the Lottery does collect money for penalties, the proceeds are not directly funding public schools across the Show-Me state, according to a review by the Post-Dispatch. Rather, the cash is being rol

Can prayer affect the outcome of a lottery
My get a New God Cult is growing faster than you know. We are talking about mass brain washing.
That s right , each that has not received another Jesus are cleaning the
cobwebs out with the written Word of God. No need to pray for revelation
because the written Word is revelation.
One world-wide religion focuses so much on your sin that the order of importance of the bible comes in third place.

Between them, Eddie and Tommy Tipton have admitted rigging winning drawings in at least five states, including Iowa, worth a combined $24 million.
But they have barely made a dent in the more than $2.4 millio

Some lottery winning streaks have defied belief
The Brudnicks may be one of the luckiest families in Massachusetts.
In just the last couple of years, Chelsea insurance agent Robert Brudnick has cashed in 140 winning Massachusetts lottery tickets worth at least $1,000 each. His 25-year-old daughter Ashley has racked up another 100 wins. And his 23-year-old son Nathan, has turned in 99 more. The total take: More than $440,000, mostly from scratch tickets.
