Maryland woman's winning lottery ticket mistake
Unfortunate error. But who sits by the TV waiting for the numbers to come up? I just can't live like that. It feeds into the lottery hysteria. I prefer to just buy ticket and check ticket next day absent the suspense of the drawing. Much easier to see that no one won so don't get hopes up. I know p4 is different as anyone can win and their is no accumulating jackpot, but still. Feel bad for the lady, but almost is not good enough. Just like I almost purchased the winning Mega Millions and Powerb

Struggling couple wins $10M lottery jackpot
Australian couple played the same numbers for 36 years
The overjoyed $10 million (US$10.5 million) winners of Thursday night's Australian Powerball game don't want to be named, but said they had been struggling to make ends meet on one income for years.
It will be life-changing, they said.
They plan to use some of the money to secure their financial future and some to help out their family and friends.
The couple played the same numbers for 36 years across a variety of lotto games.

Revised HotSpot Bullseye Game (CA Lottery)
The key to winning any keno game is to keep playing the same numbers. Don't keep changing them. I once won $40 getting 6 out of 8 on Hot Spot but wasn't playing the Bull's Eye. If you go to the official California website they will tell what the typical prize amounts are for Hot Spot and everything you need to know how to play.

You won't get rich playing keno, that's for sure. If you're looking for a few little payouts here and there...fine but if i

What's up with Texas Cash 5?
I quit playing Cash 5 because the odds are way out of line for the jackpot amount. If they would get rid of the $2 payout for 2/5, that would shift more $ for the jackpot, but like you said, they don't even talk about changing anything in the meetings, and like you, I read the minutes of the meetings also.
Eventually we will see the Cash 5 just go away. I really hope they would replace it with a game like PA's Quinto. The odds are 100,000 to 1 for $50,000.
We shall see.

A little trick i found for NC pick 3.
Hey retxx,
I have been doing a bunch of testing on this stuff and not been here. I will get you some examples on here so you can see them and hopefully win some money. The numbers show up each time in the way i do this, but it keeps changing. I'll explain that in a few. The last post was an old post i had on here and figured out the way that it worked exactly. It was an older NC game that i used for example. I'll get you some from Mass. on here so you can work with it real soon.

Hey Lottowman,
You are definitely speaking the truth on that one........... I think I sat her and stared about a minute saying to myself, WHERE in the WORLD did that number come from? More than weird business if I may say so myself. After all the money they lost on 123 and 317, they've throwed some manure in the game. They're going to do everything possible to NOT let those trips fall.... Even if it involves changing those balls earlier than expected.
off topic: Wasn't that MOON beau

$172 MILLION: Mega Millions lottery jackpot rolls
By Todd Northrop
Will an incredibly lucky lottery player win a life-changing windfall this week, or will the multi-state Mega Millions lottery game enter another round of $200+ million jackpots?
We'll find out Tuesday night, when the $172 million Mega Millions drawing takes place.
Tuesday's Mega Millions jackpot is the accumulation of 11 consecutive drawings without a top prize winner. The current jackpot run-up started on Feb. 4 as a $12 million grand prize.
The lump-sum cash value

Mega Millions Main Website
I don't know if it's the time of the year and people are on vacation or what, but when I go to the Tx Lottery website to check Tx game results, especially on night that PB or MM are being drawn, it takes several tries for the page to load. I have to click the refresh button several times even when changing pages within the site. Also, Wednesday night I ended up getting the results of Tx Lotto on LP's results page because it was taking forever for someone at Austin to update the the page. A month

nylottery website
They have a Payout link right on each game on the home page. Not sure why you're not seeing it. Maybe because the site takes FOREVER to load?
I think the new site is an improvement over the old one, but the enormous ad that takes up just about all the space above the fold is a waste of space. It seems to be a bad trend among many state lotteries these days. Hopefully the trend will die soon.
At least they're changing what was a pretty weird previous design. It's better, but not perfect.

roulette
Greetings BBH,
You have posed an interesting circumstance worth exploriing being conversant with the game of roulette I humbly hope I can make a candid contribution to this otherwise lonely thread LOL
If the true odds and payoffs are as you suggested, the house edge for the lottery is stupendous ranging from about 10% to 67%. Not even the worse slot machines have a house edge more than about 40%, so an argument could even be made that you are probably better off playing the slots than play
