The original post basically asked does the lotteries monitor what is said and manipulate thier games so you can't win. They have no reason to even try. they already have rules in place to cut of any number comb whose payout would exceed a set amount. Are some lottery officials corrupt? are some members of LP corrupt and try to profit from other peoples work? are some local elected officials corupt? The answer of course is YES.
