How do you determine if a system is worth buying?
Any system or program that does what you want it to do is worth buying if you can afford it, but first you have decide what you need it to do to help you win. Predicting a random event(winning lottery numbers) is almost impossible but some players think if they know certain facts from previous drawings then it's easier so you'll probably want a program/system that provide that information for you.

N.J. woman wins $500 a week for life after buying lottery ticket in N.C.
Sort of. The for life games have a minimum payout; it is usually in the neighborhood of 20-30 years of payments, the same (or similar to) what the lump sum is, if that's offered. The balance of the minimum payout is what you can pass on in the event of your death. I don't know if any of these games have been around long enough for this to happen, but I believe that if you have already received the minimum payout by the time you die, the payments stop; your estate gets nothing more.

Manage your winnings or have somebody else do it for you and why?
Major lottery winnings are mostly once in a lifetime event. I can deal with it if I lost my money out of my own foolishness. Having somebody with fancy clothes and fancy title, who claims to know what he/she is doing, lose it for me, will probably bring me closer to the big house , SUCKER!!!.

EuroMillions jackpot makes poor woman one of Ireland's richest
Great event! An financially struggling, solo, aged in forties woman who wants to share some of her EuroMillions jackpot winnings with her siblings, mother, extended family, etc.! I hope she is able to quickly distribute half (without any 'lifetime gifting-type-taxes') with them all. Lots of people are financially struggling in this 13-year worldwide massive depression.

$16 million Florida Powerball lottery ticket expires Thursday
I treat every bought ticket for any lottery game as though it's the jackpot winner until proven otherwise. Respect your ticket(s) and your chance to experience a life-changing event.

Adjacent numbers
Is best to Take 2 draw sets at a time, generate your picks by format, group the picks into units, 10's, 20's ........, compare the two groups from the two sets and wage for x number of draws(time frame to established after ample test) I subscribe to ideal of the event been random, so for large games, your time frame should be longer.GL

How Many Drawings in a Row?
1. The event is RANDOM
2.'How many drawings in a row would SOMETHING', explain SOMETHING
3. Since the event is random, consistency is a bit of a stretch for any system.
4.Focus more on Prize RATIO (I consider 30% hit ratio positive, odds is not probability).
5.Large picks may mean high hit ratio, but is not cost effective.

Florida Lotto - No Winners Since August - 19 Drawings
Yes, fewer people playing Lotto now. Lotto had another 30+ draw run without a winner earlier this year and the jackpot got to almost $60 million which is a rare event for Florida Lotto these days. I remember those earlier days of $100+ million Lotto jackpots...
