Trial in N.C. lottery fraud case begins
Federal prosecutors said Thursday that former N.C. lottery commissioner Kevin Geddings spent 60 telltale days last year working for a lottery company, holding a state lottery post and deceiving the public.
In opening statements in Geddings' fraud case, Assistant U.S. Attorney Dennis Duffy said Geddings had a lucrative relationship with lottery vendor Scientific Games that was a conflict of interest as a commissioner. By failing to disclose the relationship, Duffy said Geddings violated a law

Personal Problem.. Advice requested
I was in a simular situation.. pay first and no show or pay half and pay after..etc. I DID reply to BBB and then I also called FBI and they DID dfo an investigation and found FRAUD!!! I was rewarded 3X back what I paid them and got the check within 2 weeks!!!!

Sign the petition - eliminate computerized drawings!
The Lottery computers are picking numbers no one has picked. They have a database of all the numbers and are making the jackpot go up and up so the state makes more money. We need to expose this fraud. I have also heard theories they can rig the mechanical drawings by putting air in the ping pong balls. We need to make the system fair.

they don't care check web site ripoff reports and see how people are being scammed by plasmanet/freelotto so check it out i have read the fraud alerts and they only have two reading and this company is in bad with the BBB of new york for not repling to the complaints that are against this company because they are rude to you on the phone and they say you are not a winner when you have the e-mails of being a winner

Massachusetts store owner wins $1 million
It is hard to trust that a store owner who wins at scratch tickets at his own store is entirely due to luck. In most sweepstakes and contests they have rules against employees entering or winning their own sweepstakes, because if someone from the same company wins it gives the appearance of collusion, fraud and an inside job and undermines trust in the contest.
