Mega Millions set a new 1 roll record for the July 29 draw. The new 1 roll record is $15 million. The previous record was $13 million. The 1 roll record for Powerbal is $16.2 million.The starting level for the Mega Millions jackpot was also a record at $12 million. you state a good point. here's what mega millions needs to do. restructure the percentage of the prize pool that goes to the jackpot, and increase the lower prizes. powerball pays better for matching the powerball than mega millions does for matching the mega ball, and matching the mega ball is harder. the same is true for the next 2 or 3 prize levels up. mega millions should also award a higher prize for matching 4+1. it's the same as powerball, but with harder odds. now what powerball needs to
