If the past is prologue, then players will definitely wait until they think a jackpot winner has a good chance of being sold. Selling fifty percent coverage of all 292 million combos means that a drawing has only a 50/50 shot at a player winning the jackpot. In many drawings it took more than 50% combo coverage before somebody won the jackpot. I doubt the extra weekly drawing will produce record breaking jackpots sooner. Personally know three people that won 6/49 lotto jackpots using QPs and another that won a 5/39 pick-5 game by picking his numbers. Don't have that game in my state, but IMO probably the best chance to win a nice jackpot on a budget.

I use excel and that's it. You can track about anything if you're creative enough. How many draws back do you want to count? How many filters do you want. After learning excel over the last 3 years and going over my data. It's going to take a combination of filters and a little luck to hit a jackpot. A filter that's really unique that no one has entertained. If a count, odd/even, high/low was it, more players would be hitting jackpots. Its outside that, you got to find it with trial and error. Y
