If you find another 5/39 game to run your stats checker against, you have a good chance of seeing a similar pattern. Things will shift a bit if the pool size is not 39.

Weekly Raffle
I hadn't thought about that actually. It would probably only work in the larger states. Delaware and Maryland are having difficulties selling all of their raffle tickets. Pennsylvania also had some problems with it this year because 3 of the bordering states offered raffles. I am unaware of the status of New Jersey's. Yeah, I noticed. But you would have had to play over 1800 games. Not too practical from where I'm sitting. That's why I asked about reducing the number pool, maybe having 2 or 3 different wheels in play, and only needing to play between say 50-100 games each? Even that's difficult to do say for 5 draws straight, but with a possible overlap of #'s, a win with 4 would cover the money spent and then a 5 would be ... I'm sure I don't have to say what that would be ...
