This is a good bill. Credit cards should not be used to make lottery purchases. And if you can't make it to a store to buy lottery tickets in person, too bad. You won't die if you miss out because you're unable to leave home or, in most cases, just too lazy. Too bad our Governor said he will veto it.

I would have been upset too. It seems like the lottery clerk refused to put in 1131 in the system and 1131 came up! Lakerben lost out on $15,000 because of the lottery clerk! Laker is under reacting IMHO. He comes off as mildly upset. I'd be furiously livid!
