The claim form info is completely different from what info a state lottery may be allowed to release publicly.. Most states it is just your name and town.

Let's say you live in Virginia where you cannot claim via a trust , etc, and they plaster your name all over. I would assume they could not release your name before you claimed it officially ( online playing) so I guess you could control the process a little by waiting a month or two or longer to make personal arrangements, move, hide, etc. You would not have a paper ticket to worry about losing.

FL is certainly holding back on releasing the 77 pair. I wonder if they will do a 22, whereby they will not release it for 2 months. The last time 77 came up was 1/26 as 677.

The only relevance of him saying she donated anything is for public opinion. Just a guess but it seems like the judge is allowing her some extra time to get her stuff together before ruling the lottery must release her name.
