The code
What if there was a computer code that revealed something so revolutionary, so shocking, that it would change the lottery world... forever?
The final piece of a mathematical code copleting a revolutionary technology that it is ultimately deemed a threat to the national lottery.
Now everyone wants the information, and are willing to kill.

Payment of Lottery Prizes
May I first say, May blessed winnings be bestowed upon you so you can find out the answer! In the meantime, after much consideration of your question, Going to the claims office upon winning simply bumps up your check receipt date. With that in mind, it doesnt change the fact that the witholdings will still transpire and your local tax will still want their hand out. So pay today, pay tomorrow, its just a matter of time. With technology in electronic banking its less then 6 weeks for full payou

'Mystery Surprise' now available!
Oh my gosh, having too much time on my hands is something I could only dream about! I just don't like to do something half-way. (I was going to say half-*****, but I'm behaving.)
Thank you all for the nice comments! This thing has been kicking around for many months now, and I decided to bite the bullet and finish it. I wanted to do something that looked nice graphically, plus had some good technology behind the scenes so it could produce good puzzles and solve them quickly. I may do a

Where did you learn coding?
I'm mostly self taught, though learning on the job over the last 10 or so years comes in second. I'm still climbing the mountain of learning new technology/techniques and have the energy to continue with it. Books, online content and magazines have been the most helpful since things change frequently, once you're out of school the content gets dated rather quickly. My next door neighbor was a Computer Science major from the US Naval Academy and since she didn't use it for 5 to 7 years her e

The prediction software you've been waiting for?
Computing power is not the issue in prediction. I believe the technology is avalable for heavy number crunching. It's the software that's responsible for determining the outcome. You have to ask yourself ... Does past draw outcomes determine future results? ... Do past patterns and trends dictate better future results more often than not?
I used to have two(2) charts (1 for pick3 and one for pick 4) that I created with all past draws to determine a trend or pattern for picking the next day

CORPORATE Lottery
well I don't know if your right or wrong about
(For one, it hasn't worked well in the few states that have tried it. They do not have the expertise and end up spending way more trying to develop their own technology, which often doesn't work, than the provate sector does for things that HAVE to work. ):
Every state is different and its pile of qualified personal ; I know NY could print and design instant tickets : and most of the terminals could also

how did RNG start and when did it spread to other states?
It was similar to how the Bubonic plague and the Ebola virus spread, both lethal and ugly in the end. But since we have technology to deal with non-biologically based types of diseases, we may be able to save the patient now, before it is too late.
We must purge the RNG (Recklessitis Numerasia Generosis) out, so the patient may live, nothing is more precious than an RNG free lottery.
Remember get your RNG shots this fall! Don't get RNG!

computerized drawings set to take over the lottery in a few years?
There seems to be a trend towards moving to computerized (Random Number Generator - RNG) drawings. For one thing, state lotteries say that they are cost effective . They are easier and cheaper to maintain in the long run and maybe even cheaper to buy to begin with. I'm not crazy about the idea to begin with, mistakes can be made, like the one with the Tenn. Lottery. I think that part of the problem is that it is so much easier to believe that it truely is random with a physical ball based s

Computerized Drawing
Uh, watching the ball drop. It's 1000 times more fun to watch.
As for changing results, it's hard to flat out change the results with either technology. Balls are the hardest, however, as they are virtually inpenetrable. It's not easy with computers either, provided you're common man. A programming wizard could change results without too much trouble, provided he had full access to all of it's workings. But as long as only honest joe-shomes know the password, I don't think anything will happe
