I haven't read the article yet, but isn't that how telekenesis works? People say they can move objects with their will, so why not numbers? I'm not sure I buy this theory, because there are an awful lot of people who play a game. So I imagine that, even if one does believe in willing the winning numbers, he would have a lot of competition and there would be a lot of mixed energy fields unless his power of suggestion is stronger than millions of others.
