I was looking for a double or a possible sequence to follow 678. I played 201, 123, 789 and a friend got a quick pick 576 today and her husband got the same number on a quick pick last nite. I was all over the 576. After I played, a lady called out 464 to the cashier. I know in the past many times I hear someone call out a number to play, it will come one number off. I thought immediately to play 456 but then thought , no. I spent too much as it is. All this month I have been off by one number.

The question was is it wrong to copy the quick pick numbers from a friends ticket? It would seem that the reason for that behaviour is borne out of paranoia. The purchaser's concern being the friend's quick-pick numbers could likely be the winner, therefore the purchaser would want to share in the good fortune, since they are making the purchase. Right now GA Fantasy 5 have a promotion that comes with free quick pick ticket for every slips purchase on Friday till Jan 2009.
