Yeah I saw it and one thing that frequently occurs in W4 is that the D2s repeat, so I pounced for the evening and of course when I play it big, nothing happens. I've been trying to nail 6272 straight for almost 20 years. Thanks Todd. I found Big Game information on the Michigan ring web sight but that only tells you the amount of the Jackpot and if it was won or not. It does not tell where it was won. I am going to have alot of googling to do on that one. Big game Jackpots almost never made it past $70 Million until that record $363 Million just near the time it changed to Mega Mill. Bashley, I'm going to jump in with your Double 2s. They are only 15 days (30 drawings) from breaking a 15 year old record! The longest D2s have ever gone wtihout hitting was 249 drawings - an event which happened in 1992 (7/20/92-3/27/93). As of last night, they are out 220 drawings since they last hit on 1/23/08. I finally answered my own question by just looking at the record MM jackpots list on the Mega Millions site... Back in 2006 Ohio had back to back Mega Millions jackpot winners and there was only one winner for each. First one on 2/28/2006 for $270,000,000 and then again on 4/18/2006 someone won again for $265,000,000. I'm sure there's smaller jackpots that have had it happen too. So I guess it isn't unheard of. Predraws were a concern to me, I emailed WCLC and asked them if a record was kept on the predraws, thinking they actually drew a combo then another for the public. They stated that a predraw consists of running the computer to make sure every combo is available, so all 1000 are drawn, maybe 2 or three times i am not sure, then when the audit team is happy that the software is working the draw is performed, Now thats with a RNG, not sure what they do with the balls.
