West Virginia I have caught your state twice this week with straight plays with my picks and Delaware I have caught you three times in a row straight and if I would have wheeled the uniques off my picks like normal with no filtering I would have caught your state 5 times with straight play wins within the past week playing very few numbers.

Delaware if I would have included the uniques in my numbers like I have in the past two days and you have had two straight hits off my numbers two days back to back, I would have hit you a third day in a row straight. VIDEO lottery (VLT)
Have any of you played them?Beginning late this year, several racetracks in NY state are supposed to offer video lottery (the closest to me is Yonkers Raceway). I know Rhode Island has had them for a while now, and that they are a big hit in Delaware.
