Massachusetts Lottery winners increasingly opting to stay anonymous
This would be only way we claim any prize. I would like people to leave us alone if we do win. As fun, 3 of us had been putting in $5 per week for several months now and we agreed on creating trust for a worthy prize. I am hoping this would be the week.
It puzzles me, people are willingly post their pics on lottery site with $1k scratch offs or under $100k jackpots and states enforcing this.

LOL, snip near as bad as all the first time players when the PB and MM jackpots get up there.

Woman scratches off three winning lottery tickets in a row
I don't see a problem with what she did I mean as long as the ticket she gave the clerk was the same one that she was given back in return you know like if the person was shady and gave them back a loser or something. I've been playing the big jackpots here in Virginia with an online subscription so I shouldn't have to worry about someone seizing videos of me buying a ticket not that I'd care. No one here would even know me enough to even put two and two together in order to find me. If I won th

Anyone here serious about winning the lottery?
Our goal is the win as much jackpots regardless of how small or big the jackpot is.
Nice goal, but it's not very realistic considering the chances against just matching 1 number or the bonus number in either game.

Mega Millions slowing down?
I was a bit curious about the slow increase, so I went back to 2014 and looked throughout the year to see if there were any big changes or were things different(please don't tell me about the odds/cost-I am well aware of that aspect). To remind us, after a big jackpot MM win,it started back at $15M and then went to $20M, then usually up around the $25/maybe $26M(on occasion a smidge higher that year),. The 4th draw got up to around the $33M mark(sometimes a bit higher). For roughly the next 3-4

Are there any statistics of percentage of PB and/or MM winners from each state?
Yes, if you see multiple states listed then the jackpot was split by winning tickets sold in those states.
The thing with the Wikipedia info is that lottery jackpot amounts and other data is not like copyrighted material. It's just numbers that need to be tracked down.
For years there were bad jackpot numbers included in all the top 25 jackpot lists, because nobody ever took the time to research what the actual jackpot tally was after the draw. This was especially true for cash values, and

Are there any statistics of percentage of PB and/or MM winners from each state?
Hello.
New here. I've long had the feeling that the East Coast states have considerably more winners of the largest jackpots (Powerball and Mega Millions) than the rest of the country. Are there any statistics showing the percentages of winners listed by state? I realize that population density is a factor but am still curious. Thanks.

IGT executive hired as NC Lottery chief
My point is this, keep taxing the poor and making them believe that they can keep up with modern day wealth distribution. And how is this done? Increase the jackpots of course! Well how do you get the money for these astronomical jackpot figures? Ticket sales. Let s not forget about the whopping taxes paid by the winners when they do win. Hmm, what do those taxes pay for? Well, a little bit of education, not as much as you think, and mostly prisons. Politicians at work here making the world a be

Florida Scratch Offs - Post Pictures if posible
Georgia has a $20 game with odds of 1 in 720k at winning $2 million. The odds of hitting $7k is also 1 in 14.4k on this game. Yes, the odds at hitting the low tier prizes suck, but who here would be interested in playing a game like this in Florida? Imagine if Florida decided to make a game like this at the $20-$30 price tier with great odds of hitting $1M-$2M. They probably could have made the $30 game have odds of 1 in 500k at hitting $2M, or something like 1 in 250k-300k at hitting $1M if the

Lottery winner memorialized his winning numbers in his swimming pool
YouTube's Decade of Lottery Disasters features Roy Gibney along with other winners.
I look at how much Roy won, 7.5 million pounds and then compare that with the jackpots from Mega Millions and Power Ball. Roy has done very well for himself and his loved ones.
