When will mega hit this time?
i dont think it will get over 200 mill. ....and as far as the 400 mill....i don't think it will get that high until MM does another matrix change. I actually don't think it will get over 200 mill again for another year. I think MM will probably be hit in January. If MM doesn't get hit until January, it will probably be well over 300 million (annuity, of course) by then. Nothing else is especially big right now, so if it grows at a rate similar to what gave us the $390 million record, it cou

Georgia lawmakers question lottery bonuses
Lawmakers fail to take into consideration those bonu$e$ were originally negotiated by none other than Paul-Hargrove whose track record toward the last of her tenure failed to merit her huge salary bonus she secured for herself. Ms. DeFrancisco at a much lower salary than Paul-Hargrove has turned the Georgia Lottery around to a real performer .... players are happily spending money. Current Georgia Lottery integrity is reflected in sales performance lead by Ms. DeFrancisco. Let them ke

Wanting Lots of Stuff
Whoa! Whoa! Back up Scarychick! I wasn't picking on you! Sorry if it seems like I was, that was not my intention at all. I was just trying to lighten things up as it seems as the $35 million dollar kid's story was getting trashed. I actually thought it was comedy lol! The tone of my original post is a friendly and jovial one. Please don't take offense to it because thats not how I meant it. And for the record, I was in no way judging you.

Wife sues husband for share of secret lottery winnings
Whoa!!! What a stereotype. If she was a golddigger, why did she marry an airline mechanic in the first place? I'm sure they make really good money, but how do you know she didn't support him while he got certified for his job or what she brought into the marriage? Saying a forme beauty queen didn't work much is silly. My high school math teacher was a Miss America finalist. My earlier post said that I probably wouldn't blame him for being upset if they were about to divorce and it was

NC Lottery question
Apparently what is meant by this : They say they consider your name, address, county, etc to be public record unless the winner produces a valid protective order or Address Confidentiality Program authorization card. like when you have a protective order for someone who might be harassing you. You might call the lottery HQ and ask them. Or if you win contact an attorney and ask him to draw up your anonymity papers or claim trust.

NC Lottery question
Should you be lucky enough to win the Powerball in NC, can you claim it with a blind trust or do you have to be identified? I looked at their rules but that left me even more confused. They say they consider your name, address, county, etc to be public record unless the winner produces a valid protective order or Address Confidentiality Program authorization card. What the heck does this mean. I don't mean to be stupid, but it still didn't tell me if I can remain unidentified w/a Blind Trust.

questions on pools & past experiences
Perhaps you should read the offical rules of more state lotteries. Those things may be perfectly good for claiming a prize if the original ticket can't be presented for some reason. In some states the official rules specificaly prohibit payment without the original ticket, but in others states prizes may be paid without the ticket, as long as the claimant can prove that they are entitled to the prize. Without a ticket it will be harder to prove that you are the lawful owner of a missing ticket,
