Breakfast buddies file suit over lottery ticket
When you google Breakfast Buddy , it usually refer to an older group of citizens who not only share breakfast but are generous, trustworthy and a credit to their community. Ronald L. LeMaster, Raymond C. McLean, Kenneth B. Ulrich, Robert Holmes Jr., Steve E. Mrofchak, Joseph Celedonia, Donald C. Hoyle, Philip M. Sidoti, and Joseph M. Sidoti and Robert Cebula no longer believe that of Michael Salcone after the Ohio Lottery Commission confirmed that the ticket was part of a block of tickets and

Breakfast buddies file suit over lottery ticket
kiss the proof concept goodbye. Some one will always accuse you of fudging the ticket Years back when I was still working I would travel over the state line to play power ball often some of my co-workers would ask me to pick up a ticket for them. I would always say NO as if I won how would you know that I did not use your ticket (all would ask just to get them a qp) They would say oh we trust you. I agree with chewie. I only trust myself and that's a questionable choice. All these suits makes i

Breakfast buddies file suit over lottery ticket
May be this guy is not a thief and his buddies are jealous of his win and trying to make his life miserable. There are many who would like/work to make your life like hell if they remain miserable/poor and you suddenly become rich. If you are in a pool and even if someone else other than you bought the pool's ticket and by your good luck you won on your own ticket. The remaining memebers can lie against you and say that you bought the ticket and you may not have any thing to defend yourself unle

Lottery: Promises and pitfalls
It makes people more accepting of the lottery, he said. One of the things that we found in our surveys is that if the lottery money didn't go for education, people wouldn't support it. If that's the smoke and mirrors trick it takes to cause voters to allow lotteries to exist, let her rip. The 'support' side of the equation almost certainly involves political rhetoric. On the side where someone plunks down a buck for a ticket 'support' doesn't have a thing to do with where the money ends up.

The Math and The Lottery
rabbitfoot said: I'm not a number cruncher but if I was I would be looking for 8 to 10 numbers that WOULD BE drawn and wheel them to cover those possibilities. One would automatically eliminate all the other numbers in the field but there is still no guarantee that you are going to win any thing. Actually, that's what we're fine tuning at this point. However, the more numbers you can eliminate, the lower the odds. Once you can consistently eliminate a pool of numbers from the game, analy

SoCal man sues to get share of $315 million lottery jackpot
LottoPools- Good to hear you are examining your Pool's policies for the new year. Your advance purchase format is the only way to go. You know my opinion about buying tickets outside the Pool. If you must, be certain to be totally transparent about the outside purchases, ie. buy them from a different retailer than you buy your Pool's tickets and fully disclose the details concerning your outside buys. You will be acting prudently to protect yourself if Lady Luck strikes! Best of Luck, as always.

Help with jackpot strategy
I have been analyzing the results of the Louisiana state lottery, a 6/40 number drawing. The pool of numbers extracted in the last 5 draws, on average 22 numbers, very frequently contains 3 or 4 of the winning numbers, sometimes 5 and very few times six of the winning numbers.I have been experimenting with the wheels from Lotto Pro and Iliya Bluskov. They do provide some consolation price, most of the time less than the money necessary to play the wheel.Filtering the combinations generated by a

SoCal man sues to get share of $315 million lottery jackpot
A medical lab technician has sued seven co-workers who shared a $315 million Mega Millions multi-state lottery jackpot, claiming he deserves a share of the money.Jonathan De La Cruz says he had always been part of the group when they bought lottery tickets but was off work the day they bought the winning ticket. I guess Mr Cruz thinks his long association (a few months at most) with some of the members of that pool entitled him to a portion of their lottery winnings. I wouldn't be surprised if

SoCal man sues to get share of $315 million lottery jackpot
I think that in many cases people never expect to win large sums of money and get lackadaisical when it comes to placing their bets. This is why when people ask me to pick me up a lotto ticket I always say get your own, sorry. Want a ride? (there's a 7-11 around the corner) Sounds mean, but I have a strict rule about that since who is to say if I purchase several tickets and one of them wins, that person won't then accuse me of using her money to buy the winning ticket? Bearer instrument or

SoCal man sues to get share of $315 million lottery jackpot
If you give him a piece of the pie when he didn't deserve it because he didn't pay into the pool the specific day tickets were purchased which did in fact win .... then what's going to stop the rest of the company from wanting their share ??????????? It's a rehash of what's mine is mine and what's yours is mine too because I was around when you got it. Seems that both courts and jury's are going to have to come to terms with personal property rights ..... exactly where they begin and where t
