By an interesting coincidence, there were three straight numbers common to the Date Workup neophyte posted and the Month List increase posted. The three numbers are 213 612 217. Of those three, 217 is my fave. I'm going to play it straight for a buck and the other two numbers 213 612 straight for fifty cents.

Not sure what you mean by slow. There is always some large jackpots (over 200 mil) each year in MM. That's good enough for me. But, yes, doubling the price only means a decrease in sales which I dont think the increase in price will make up for.

Actually 0 -10 is 11 combinations, not 10. 1-10 or 0-9 would be 10. If you were to only play values between 0-5 then the number of drawings where you had no chance of winning would increase exponentially for each digit under 9 that was removed.

Wasn't so long ago that anything over $200 million jackpot and $100 million CV wouldn't roll with less than a $35 million increase. Is that such an insignificant amount these days? Or do people just not care about MUSL games with the same fervor any more?

The lottery officials have become quite greedy when it comes to the Powerball and MegaMilions. They made it difficult to win in order to increase the Jackpot to their desired payout amount. Everything is done by computer to ensure that no one has the winning numbers. The live drawings are just for show. There was a time when a lot of folks won either game. And this was before the Lottery Officials decided to expand the game to other states.
