Should the lottery offer "Hot Picks"...
I first saw this on a free lottery website....It had three options you could choose your numbers...YOu had: quick picks , you had choose your own numbers and you had hot picks ....Guys i don't mean displaying a website with what's hot and what's cold numbers..I mean selecting the hot numbers or more frequently played numbers for that particular month , wheeling them and offering them to the public as a hot pick option...The hot picks would be less combinations than the quick pick for quic
